The Leighton Company went on a limited run of a few plays, Ten Nights in a Bar Room” and “Ten Nights” which was written for Yankee Locke. W.H. Leighton, A.R. Phelps, E.T. Thayer, L.F. Browne, J.H. Ruby, O. Wilson, Mrs. G.E. Locke and Misses Parks and Leslie joined the company. — July 11, 1863 —
