The Barons object to the constitution over taxes

There is a tax on them – on the mines they’ve bought up and left fallow. Most people who have feet and don’t own the mine necessarily won’t pay the tax. But the lawyers convince people that they will be bankrupt. the poor in america don’t realize they are an exploited proletariat, but as temporarily embarrassed millionaires.
