Herman Camp is leaving SF for NYC by boat

Sam desperately gets all the papers in order for the sale of Tennessee Land back east. Camp is interested in bringing Immigrants to work the land into a wine growing country. Sam includes in the briefing packet to read on the boat a report of Longworth’s assessment of the quality and quantity of grapes in the region and how it’s a natural grape location.
